The service you get has to match the quality of the kitchen

Long after your new kitchen is installed, we want you to be able to look back at the whole experience, from choosing and designing your kitchen through to installation, as a really positive experience. We want you to be as happy with that as you are with the finished kitchen.

That means looking after you through the whole process and making sure you get exactly what you want. This is a review that we received on Trustpilot:

“Dean is a personable communicator who listens and does everything in his power to give customers what they ask for. Dean arrives either on time or early, he is reliable and commits to whatever work is needed to complete the job on time and on budget. Both Dean and his team do quality work and are not happy until things are just as they should be. There is no rushing but plenty of care and thought. We would recommend 3Style Kitchens to anyone looking for quality work, good planning advice and a kitchen that lasts.”

This tells us that what we’re doing is right.

A good quality kitchen should last for a long time, so we don’t expect a lot of repeat business, but we have been known for customers to come back 10, 15, or even 20 years later when it’s time for a change of style! Plus of course when people move house. This says more for our service than any clever sale spiel could convey.

It all starts with a free design consultation so why not book one with us to meet Dean and start planning your next kitchen? Call 01924 261036 or get in touch here.

The Kitchen Buying Process

When you buy a kitchen from 3Style Kitchens it’s quite different from the ‘transactional’ process of buying from a large DIY chain or furniture store. We work closely with you throughout the process to make sure that you are happy at every stage and that the outcome is the kitchen you’ve been dreaming about.

1. Home Survey/Free Consultation

We start with a free home survey (or consultation as it is also known). The purpose of this is to meet with you, discuss what you’re looking for, how you plan to use the space and any ideas that you already have. From a functional point of view we’ll also take the measurements we need, check the position of existing plumbing, electrical and gas points and take into consideration any building works planned.

You may already have visited our showroom at that point but if you haven’t then that’s not a problem as we have brochures and samples that we can show you to give a real feel for style, colour and quality.

2. Kitchen Design Service

The next stage is for us to design your kitchen. We are highly experienced in the kitchen industry and we call upon that experience – knowing how to make maximum use of the space, what is possible functionally speaking and what’s worked well elsewhere – to start creating some initial designs. Our priority is taking into account everything you’ve told us about what you want in terms of style, usage and ideas and combine this with our expertise to give you a number of options. Everything is flexible at this stage and we can keep changing things around until you’re happy.

We use computerised design software so we can visualise your kitchen in photo-real imagery as well as provide line drawings and plans. We can supply a comprehensive range of appliances from all the major manufacturers including Bosch, Neff, Siemens and Rangemaster so if you’re a keen cook we can incorporate the latest range cooker, if you’re always on the run we can build in the latest hot filtered water taps and if you have a big family how about an American style fridge freezer? (see the Kitchens for How You Live page for further lifestyle ideas!).

We know that you are busy so while we’re more than happy to come and present our designs to you we can send them through on e-mail if you prefer. We hate pushy sales people ourselves so we’ll never give you the hard sell and you’re still under no obligation at this stage to go ahead and make a purchase.

3. Kitchen Manufacture

We don’t sell ‘off the shelf’ kitchens so once you’ve ordered your kitchen it is then made to measure at our factory in Huddersfield. You can even go down there to see it in production if you want to!

If you’ve opted for supply only then we’ll deliver your kitchen and the rest is up to you.

4. Kitchen Installation

We can conduct the entire installation process from removing your old kitchen through to your new kitchen being ready to use. We can handle all required trades such as fitting, plumbing, tiling, electrical work and flooring. We can even offer building alterations. Because we’ve designed and specified your kitchen and it’s been made to measure the fitting process is usually pretty straightforward, however if issues do occur we can resolve them quickly and efficiently so you don’t have to worry about anything.

We know it’s disruptive having a new kitchen fitted so we always endeavour to minimise the intrusion by keeping you fully informed about when we’ll be on site, turning up on time, working as productively as possible and being courteous at all times.

5. After Sales Care

Once your kitchen is fitted we want to make sure you’re happy with it. We always ask for your feedback and if you have any minor snagging issues we’ll resolve them as quickly as we can. We know the ultimate testament to our service is that you recommend us to your friends and family and you’ll only do that if you’re 100% satisfied so that’s what we aim for every time.

Personal Service Throughout

We’re a small company so the vast majority of the process outlined above will be carried out by Dean Clements, owner manager of 3Style Kitchens. You can be assured of Dean’s best attention at every stage and he’s always at the end of the phone should you need him.

If this sounds like the kind of service you want you can book your home survey by calling 01924 261036, completing our enquiry form or why not start to create your dream kitchen by going through our Kitchen Wish List Guide?

3 Ways to Buy Our Kitchens: Our Service Options

When we canvassed people about what they look for in a kitchen company a lot said they wanted one who could do everything, including design, fitting, tiling, electrical work and plumbing, but many also said that they just wanted to buy a kitchen and find their own fitters and tradespeople. We aim to offer a service that’s as bespoke as our kitchens so flexibility is key. If you want us to take care of everything then put yourself in our capable hands; if you’d prefer to just buy a kitchen from us then we can do that too.

We specialise in offering a complete service and we have the skills and the experience to do to everything that you need to get your kitchen in place and looking great but we also know that a fully managed solution isn’t for everyone so we offer several options:

1. Fully Comprehensive Kitchen Service

Managing the entire kitchen process is our speciality. We have many years of experience in the industry and can handle all aspects of the job from creating your ideal design, selecting the right kitchen, making best use of the space, supplying the bespoke kitchen units, fitting the kitchen and all the associated trades and leaving you with a kitchen you can get straight into and start cooking. Just leave it all to us. We offer transparent pricing so our quotes are itemised to allow you to see how your budget is being allocated and what each element of the project costs.

2. Kitchen Supply and Fitting

So you’ve designed your own kitchen and know exactly what you want. We can do the final measures, supply your kitchen and take care of the fitting, electrics, plumbing and tiling. Simply hand over your design and let us take care of the rest.

3. Kitchen Supply Only

If you’re the kind of person that likes to maintain full control of a project and use different providers for each part of the process then that’s fine. We can supply your kitchen and let you take it from there.

Whatever approach you’d prefer to take it all starts with an initial consultation. Give us a call on 01924 261036, complete our enquiry form or why not start to create your dream kitchen by going through our Kitchen Wish List Guide?
