We usually add our customer feedback to our testimonials page but sometimes we get comments that just aren't suitable - because they're too long to fit on! That's the case with this one from customer Claire Baines who recently gave us some really glowing feedback on her new kitchen and the experience of having one installed. "Buying a new kitchen is a big decision. There’s the cost of course, and it’s also something that you will probably live with for years to come. Choice and quality were therefore key for me, and 3Style Kitchens offered both. I had something quite specific in mind in terms of style and colour, and I found what I was looking for straight away on the website. I ordered a brochure and was impressed with the quality of the products - something that was later confirmed when I visited the showroom.
My kitchen design involved taking out a wall between the kitchen and dining room to create one space. It was important that I found a company that could not only supply and fit the kitchen, but also project manage the whole thing from end to end, including all of the separate trades. Dean was able to provide all of this, and I felt very relaxed throughout the whole process.
It is worth saying that Dean has been fantastic throughout. He made me feel comfortable from the start, being knowledgeable, friendly and never rushing or pressuring me while I took my time deliberating over the final design. The customer service provided throughout by Dean has been second to none, and it was fantastic having one single point of contact. The team he brought in were also polite, tidy and hard working.
